When the doors of our farmer’s inn open daily at 12 o’clock, lovers of the traditional South Tyrolean food are attracted to the delicious specialties of this down-home farmer’s cuisine. “Knödel” just as other regional specialties made of dough and hearty meat dishes, our kitchen team serves South Tyrolean meals of the highest quality. We owe this advantage not only to the fact that we exclusively use the best of local and natural produce like vegetables, fruit and herbs, homegrown in our own gardens, cheese, juices and wine from local Ritten farms and meat from animals, kept species-appropriately in the close neighborhood.
For groups with previous reservations we gladly organize an adventurous day on our inspiring farm. After a tour around the farm or an exciting lama trekking we serve you and your friends food and drinks in our cozy farm parlor, built in 1863, or on our gorgeous sun terrace, sheltered from every weather.
